Hello Itay,
You can find the .lib spice file for either package in the "TINA-TI Spice Model" zip file. Let me know if you have any issues.
Best,
Hasan Babiker
Thanks, the model works fine.
Is there a document for "THS4541" detailing the error calculations - > error budget
From calculations I made from the accepted equations (Vos ,Ib, bias ) the results do not align with the SPICE electric model
Tnx.
Hi Itay,
the Spice Model only provides typical values for the input offset voltages and input bias currents.
Can you post a schematic or your TSC-file, if you have?
Kai
Each of the 3 input DC error terms is also bipolar around 0 for the CFA, The model must also pick a polarity for each of these which is frankly somewhat random. The typ output DC error for the TINA model should be within the worst case range, but only representative.
