TLV3011-EP: TLV3011-EP : OUTPUT latch up issue at -55degC

Part Number: TLV3011-EP
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV3011

Hi,

We are using TLV3011-EP comparator with internal reference to detect undervoltage on a supply rail and the compartor is powered up with 5V.

It is observed that the output got latched from LOW to HIGH when the temperature was decreased from 25degC to -55degC and there was no change in input voltage or the supply to the IC.

Can you please let us know if there is any issues with TLV3011 internal reference voltage with respect to temperature?

Thanks,

Midhun

Can you share how circuit? It is possible that the reference is not working properly.  If you can monitor the reference as the temperature is decreasing with an oscilloscope, that will give you a good indication if there is a problem with the reference.
