Hi Team,
A customer is asking if the present OPA445 is still have the unity-gain stable.
Because a 1997 datasheet states that the the OPA445 is unity-gain stable and requires no external compensation components
and the datasheet revised in April 2008 does not mention anything more on this point is it still true or not?

I checked the simulation, which was updated on 2011. There is a slight Q in the Bode plot, and the loop gain response is shown a pole (slightly) near the unity gain BW. To be safe, I will recommend to put non-populated compensation components in the Op Amp Circuit (just to be safe).
The simulation is still shown the similar step responses as follows.
