I already designed as below.

Does it makes serious problem?

Until now it doesn't make any error situation.

Unfortunately, I read your Application reports(SNOAA35–April 2019) after desinging.

it is not a serious problem and no damage to the device will occur; the application note just shows the preferred solution to avoid and unnecessary chatter inside the comparator if the inputs are shorted together
