AMC1300: drawing too much power, running hot

Hello, I am using AMC1300BDWV in 4 different circuits. Prototype PCB came in and these parts are by far the hottest parts on the PCB when a thermal cam is used to check the PCB (note, PCB is in idle and therefore not much is being used... and in a lab environment). The temperature suggests that the AMC1300B parts are in fact drawing much more power than the datasheet suggests. Do you have any information as to why this may be? Has this been reported from other customers before?

    Hi Elizabeth,

    There have not been any other reports similar to this that I am aware of. How hot are the devices?

    Do you have an idea of how much amperage is being drawn by the AMC1300's? 

    Can you provide a schematic and snapshot of the PCB?
