INA333: E-Pad on part lacks any guidance on usage.

Part Number: INA333

The E-pad of this part has no specific labels on usage guidelines. It doesn't say 'N.C.' or that it needs to be to the most negative supply, is it totally floating and isolated? What would the best practice for this be?

Checking this "SLUA271" link, it's a generic design document, not useful for electrical rules.

Thanks, I've fixed the images, they are just snippets from the datasheet showing that I can't find information pertaining to this particular e-pad. There is nothing that says clearly to connect or not connect it. Ideally I'd like to stake it to the GND plane, but I don't know if I'm allowed to, because lack of documentation.

Hi Reed,

Power pad or ground lug of INA333 should be connected to the most negative supply in a design.

In the single supply application, it should be connected to ground. In a dual supply application, the power pad should be tied to a negative rail.
