I was using the THS3491 as an illustration vehicle for extracting input noise from measured data in this next article, amazed to find the datasheet is missing that section on output noise calculation?. Yes, it does get a little repetitive as it is always the same across all CFA op amps but it really should be in there to give it stand alone coverage, I pulled it from my old noise app note, on page 4, where I was using GN for noise gain back then.

Anyway, I was always sticking in something like section 9.1.5.5 in the OPA695 datasheet (another CFA)
