The LF441 is rated at a supply voltage of +/-18V can it be used in a single ended application at 0-36V?

    Hello Bill,

    +/-18V is the absolute maximum, so 0V and 36V supplies would also be the absolute maximum.  The op amp doesn't know the difference between single and split supply. It sees both as the same. The application designer need to know how to interpret the specifications based on the different point of view. For example the op amp is not rail to rail so input or output near 0V will not be useable (in single supply)
