LM193: Difference between LM193DR and LM193DRG4

As title, what is the difference between LM193DR and LM193DRG4?

I cannot find the difference in the spec.

Hello Jim,

No difference now.

"G4" is the early designator of a RoHS and "Green" device.

Once the original (non G4) device was converted over to RoHS/Green, then the "G4" device may be kept in production. The LM193DR was fully "converted" in 2011.

In the case of the LM193DR, you actually get the G4 marked device if you order the LM193DR.
