Greetings,

We have an urgent requirement of Dual Comparator with internal 2.5V reference voltage in SOIC package.

We found one part TL103W. from TI, But for this part reference voltage is available for inverting pin +ve.

We require reference voltage for -ve non inverting pin.

We require exact equivalent to ST make part TSM109AID.

Do you have a recommended one?

The TL103W is a dual op amp with reference. TSM109 is a dual comparator with reference.

we do not have anything that is pin compatible to TSM109 but we may have something that is functionally equivalent depending on your usage case.

Please look at TLV4082 which is a dual comparator with integrated reference. The main difference is that the reference is internally connected to the inverting inputs and not available externally.

We also have the TLV3011 which is a single channel comparator where the reference is externally available and can be connected as the application requires.
