XTR111: What is the maximum source current of REGF terminal under all temperature range?

Hello guys,

One of my customers is considering using XTR111.

They have a few questions as the follows.

Q1. What is the minimum source current of REGF terminal under all temperature range?

Q2. We need 3mA source current from REGF as the minimum under -10 degree C ~ +85 degree C.

Can XTR111 source 3mA?

Hi Kazuya,

The datasheet states that the regulator can source up to 5mA.

I will check with our design engineers and see if they can give any information on this spec over temperature.

Hi Kazuya,

I also wanted to point out that Figure 35 from the datasheet shows the short-circuit regulator output current over temperature.
