my customer has a problem
they will product 200 device,now they have used 10 LMV358-N but 3 of them have some problem.
data No.4.6.7 are not right.
The data is very volatile
Here is the schematics
customer want to know why.

Could you explain the data table in more detail? The left column appears to be part sample number.
I do not know what F41 though F46 means. The numbers is the table are time , voltage, current? At what node(s)?

In addition to my original questions and Kai's advice. The DC voltage operating point is zero in and out. LMV358 is not good for zero out due to the anti saturation circuit on the output. AC coupled circuits will lose half the waveform when run at ground rail.
