Currently, I used LMH6643 in my designment. Now, I need a similar device with hige operating temperature, -40 to +125. Could you help me to recommend an alternative device? Thanks!

Hi Michael,

The operating temperature of OPA2830 is from -40 degree to +85 degree. I need the range of the operating temperature is from -40 degree to +125 degree. Could you have other suggestion? Thanks!

I was looking at the max table,

The OPA2830 I knew was close spec wise as I did it to compete with the LMH device - to zero down to more modern devices, it would help to relax the max operating voltages - the LMH is a bit unique in that high end value, if you had a circuit this would go a lot faster,

Hi Hasan,

It is used in video signal path. I think all parameters is better than that of LMH6643 is good. At least the same as LMH6643.Thanks.

Hello Sunny,

We don't have a higher temp version of he LMH6643. There will need to be trade-offs when choosing your device. I've filtered down some VFB amplifiers that have an operating range of at least 125C for you to browse here:

Yes Hasan, you could go to the various hi rel options for that temp range, but

Most of the newer parts offer -40 to 125 as their standard temp range, like the OPA2837

And actually, the OPA2810 might be the part to look at with similar spec range and that temp range.

Thanks Michael,

Seems like I had set the lower temp range too low at -55 for the parametric search. I agree the OPA2810 seems like the best alternative in this case, some other dual channel alternatives are the LMH6612 & LMH6619 ( although slew rate for LMH6619 is lower than LMH6643).
