OPA2541: OPA2541BM Failure of normal temperature test function

I checked out the test report. Can you share the test circuit with us as Kai suggested?

You mentioned that there are 2 pcs of OPA2541 op amps that failed. Or you mean that one OPA2541 (dual op amps per package or unit) is failed, which both op amp ICs are failed. 

The report also indicated that there are 142 OPA2541 IC units were tested (total 284 op amp were tested, I assume). Two OPA2541 ICs are failed, which resulted a failure rate of 1.41%. However, the test report seems to show the failed data in one OPA2541 unit, where both op amps in the unit did not meet the datasheet specification. Please clarify the failure rate.

We are not convenient to provide the test circuit. A total of 142pcs of materials were tested,

2pcs of functional failure, the failure rate is 1.4%, the DC is 1849+5.

We also ordered 158pcs, the DC IS 1731+5. All 158pcs tested materials have no problem.

Whether we can return the materials to your company, please help your company to detect and analyze, thank you.
