Operational amplifiers are linear amplifiers and are not digital devices. It would appear what you are looking for is a digital filter implemented using a DSP. However, I am not familiar with any that operate over the VHF to UHF ranges. It would seem that low-pass filter for 200 MHz to 3 GHz would use switched, conventional LC or SAW filters. But do note that is not our area of expertise here in Precision Amplifiers Applications.

As Tom implies, active op amp filters in that range are not possible. We have seen folks driving banks of passive filters with different cutoffs into a part like the LMH6574 then pick of 1 of 4 possible channels to pass on their different input filters. There is a MPC or MPA version of this also I think.
