    Hi Paul,

    The Tape size customer received is 16*12mm not 16*8mm you shared with me in last mail.

    Could you double confirm with this?

    Hi Ben,

    They are correct. The 'P1" value is what is missing in the system causing the problems. I went back and looked at the actual tape drawings, and it is 12mm. I have corrected the post.
