THS3202: occur oscillation

Part Number: THS3202
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA2695, THS3201

I designed an amplifier circuit using your THS3202, but the oscillation is occurring.

The circuit diagram is as attached.

The cause of the oscillation is currently unknown.

What are the possible factors?

  • Well this is  a dual current feedback op amp needing a certain range of feedback R Value to be stable -

    1. on your unused channel, replace the output to V- input short with a 750ohm resistor

    2. on your active channel, double the two feedback R's to 200 ohm each and the gain element to about 44ohm

The THS3201 and THS3202 are not actually recommended for new design having a lot of AC part to part variation. you might look at the OPA2695 instead.
