I use the OPA615 to sample and hold positive pulses。

Can OPA615 provide only the positive power? Can the "-VCC" pin be connected to ground？

Hello,

The OPA615 should be used in a dual supply configuration. To isolate your positive pulses you can use a diode as shown in the "Fast Pulse Peak Detector" circuit (figure 48) in the datasheet.
