Current Noise spectral density

Hi Parveen,

figure 5 of this datasheet shows that the current noise density begins to rise with a 20dB/decade slope at a corner frequency of 10kHz. But R2 and C2 form a low pass filter with a -20dB/decade slope at a corner frequency of 15.9kHz. The two slopes of equal magnitude but opposite sign cancel each other above 15.9kHz and result in flat curve above as shown in figure 9.

And the numbers are calculatetd as follows:

1.4fA x 1.59 = 2.23fA

whereby 1.59 comes from 15.9kHz / 10kHz :-)

Thank you for your quick reply. 

Can you please clarify whether it is 2.23fA as you calculated or is it  2.2e-08 as mentioned in the datasheet.
