OPA2277: OPA2277UA Top marking

Part Number: OPA2277

Hi Experts,

We recently purchased a batch of amplifiers with part number OPA2277UA.It top marking is as follows：

A BB OPA

2277U K

03AELN

But it top marking is OPA227U A according to the datasheet.I don't known what means about the "k" or whether it’s correct?

Have any experts know what this "K" means or have relevant explanation documents?

Hi Zhang Xuan,

The "K" to the right of the 2227U marking is the assembly location indicator. The "A" in the upper left corner is the grade marking indicating that it is an "A" grade device. Thus, the top marking indicates that the device is an OPA2227UA.
