Hi team,
My customer is using TLV9062 for current measurement at PFC stage. Schematic shown as below.
Customer only have 1% resistors. How to evaluate or calculate the total measurement accuracy?
Apart from using higher accuracy resistors and a better amplifier, what other ways do we have to improve the system accuracy?

Hi George,
Please take a look at "±1A Single-Supply Low-Side Current Sensing Solution Reference Design". The appendix at the end of the document shows a step by step error analysis for the circuit you are showing.
Other ways to improve the circuit performance is ensure the PCB layout is optimized for low side current sensing. Please take a look at the below technical articles.
