I was not able to find the data points you requested, but I do see a 10% increase in prop delay when the supply voltage is lowered from 3.3V to 1.8V.  So it is same to assume that the prop delay at 1.6v and 30mV OD, a typical tpLH would be in the range of 450ns and tpHL would be in the range of 400ns.

Could you please let me know about temperature dependency?  Datasheet shows delay time would be increased in lower temperature. Then, I would like to know the low temperature condition (-40 degree C). Will tpLH is 450ns and tpHL is 400ns in -40 degree C?

Yes, the values are for -40C which is when the device has the slowest response time.

Please understand that these numbers are not intended to be worst case limits for propagation delay.

Can you share details about the application and the importance of prop delay at these specific conditions.

There are multiple factors that can impact a comparator's response time and prop delay is just one factor.
