OPA695: Die difference

Part Number: OPA695
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA684

Hi team,

A customer want to confirm the difference of CLC401A and CLC401.

can you help me to clarify it?
Thanks.

Regards,

  • You do realize the CLC401 has been out of production since about 2002 when the Lucent fab Shut down. Not sure about the A version, usually that is just a graded input offset voltage at final test, same die.

The CLC401 was one of the very few higher gain optimized CFA amps (before we figured out stable low gain 200Mhz was more interesting to the market) Designed for a 1.5kohm feedback it handled higher gain settings better.

Probably the closest later part might be the OPA684.
