PGA309 Questions

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PGA309

I have Vout connected to the input of an amplifier. When communicating with the PGA309, the Vout pin tri-states, at this point I want the output of the amplifier to go to 5V, so I put a resistor divider on the input of the amplifier to drive the output to 5V. The circuit, however, wasn't doing what I expected, Vout is pulling the divider low, despite being tri-stated.

Relative to a 1k pullup its fine, but the  bigger the pullup resistor the lower the voltage will drop. I would have to reduce the resistance of the divider to combat it, but that would waste current. Can you tell me what the impedance of the tri-stated Vout pin is, ie. whats drawing the current?

I also trying to figure out what the bandwidth of the input-to-output is. Looking at the bandwidth specs, the PGA is rated at 400/60 kHz at

4/128 V/V respectively and the output buffer is rated to 2MHz. Can someone tell me what the Fine Gain Adjust DAC is rated for?  Thank you.
