INA826: Temperature related output drift in unity gain operation

Experiencing temperature related output drift in unity gain operation. If the circuit board heats up or I introduce a small amount of heat to the chip, say 10°C, I see 50 - 100mV change in the output. I've even replicated this circuit with the INA826 Eval board without the sensor attached and substituted for a power supply with the same result. Any help is greatly appreciated!

**EDIT**: Refer to the schematic in the post below: My reference input is: SNGL_VREF_IN = 2.5V and Sensor Output is: SNGL_I_IN = 2.5V. **/EDIT**

Another data-point to add to the discussion... Appears that when simulating the part in TINA TI and applying a voltage of less than 3.5V on the V+ supply pin makes the output clip. Applying anything over 3.5V and the part works as intended. The datasheet makes mention that it can work to as low as 3V...

Thanks for your post, I can help you. It looks like you're running into some non-linear behavior, this could be due to a number of parameters. Can you answer / confirm the following questions so we can narrow down the issue here?:

Supply? 3.3V single supply
input differential voltage?
input common mode voltage?
reference voltage? 2.2V
gain? 1V/V
