Load cell schematic diagram with differential output

Hi Team,

A customer is looking for a load cell schematic diagram using instrumentation amplifier with differential output to connect with ADS52J65. The schematic diagrams I found from our application notes have single ended output. Do we have a circuit with differential output?

Does replacing the INA333 in the schematic diagram of the application note below with fully differential amplifier will produce an accurate output? If yes, can you please suggest a precision amplifier that will match with ADS52J65.

what bandwidth of instrumentation amplifier are you looking for? What is your signal bandwidth?

Hi Kai,

The customer wants to sample at 10MSPS and 16bit resolution. Is this information enough to get the bandwidth?

Q: The schematic diagrams I found from our application notes have single ended output. Do we have a circuit with differential output?

The INA333 has -3dB BW as shown in the diagram below. It is a function of Gain of Instr. amplifier.

The output of INA333 is analog. Yes, you can digitize its output at 10 Msps.

To connect singled ended output to differential input of ADC, we have new part THP210, I believed that it is available in the TI store.
