TLV7011: Maximum Power up time

Part Number: TLV7011

Hi,

I would like to know Power up time (tON). Datasheet value shows 20us as typ in 25 degree C. But could you please let me know MAX time in all temperature range?

As my customer evaluate the time, It takes 20us in 20 degree C and 125 degree C, and it takes 50us in -40 degree C.

Regards,
Nagata.

  • Hi Nagata,

During characterization we never saw a power up time more than 40us at -40C. This is the temperature where the startup time is furthest from the typical value of 20us. This is a typical representation but none of these values are warrantied as this information is not in the datasheet.

Let me know if you need any more information.

    Thanks,

    Joe

  • Joe,

Thank you for your supports. Are there below power up time information?

    1. Do you have data or graph when you measured the power up time?
    2. If you have evaluate it under -40 degree C, could you please let me share the test result?
    3. When you measured the power up time at -40 degree C, how many units did you check?
    4. Do you have target power up time in the point of silicon design?
    5. Do you have parts-to parts variations of typical value(20us)?
    6. Does ATE have power up time test? If yes, could you please let me know the criteria?
    7. Is there trend for power up time? e.g. lower temperature make the time longer or higher VCC make the time longer, etc..

    Regards,
    Nagata.

  • Hi Nagata,

Since you are internal, may I contact you directly via email to answer your questions?

    Thanks,

    Joe

  • Hi Nagata,

I am going to close this e2e thread since I am contacting you via email to answer your questions. I am working on getting that information for you.

    Thanks,

    Joe
