LM324: LM324 Amplifier Noise Problem

Hi everyone,

I have attached preamplifier schematic. I'm using it for my IP camera audio connection. When I connect the circuit, I'm getting very noisy sound. My supply voltage is 5V. If you have any suggested op amp instead of LM324, I can use it for this application.
