THS3217: OPS gain setting is not working as expected

Hii,

OPS output gain is configured as 2.5 as per the datasheet table 2.

But we are not getting output 10Vpp as per the 2Vpp input in OPS section. As per the suggested value its not at all amplifying. Output is same in input we are getting. Please suggest proper resistor values for feedback setting.
