Hi Team,

My customer is searching for a high speed comparator with the following characteristics.

Do you have recommended solution to achieve them?

If there is any operation amplifier to achieve them, It will also be ok.

- Dual power Appliction at +/-5V

- Isink/source > +/-25mA at push-pull

- several ten ns for propergation delay

There are several 10 V, high-speed comparators, but none have the output you want. (The TL3116's outputs are too weak; the LM306's output can sink enough current, but cannot source it.)

It would be possible to combine one of those comparators with a stronger buffer, e.g., a gate driver like the UCC27517.
