Hello Malathi,

The output voltage vs load current is shown in figure 3 of the datasheet.

The Y axis "Output Saturation" is output low voltage (VOL) voltage measured to GND, and the X axis is the current sunk by the output.

VOL will increase as the load current increases.

Your query is somewhat broad - what specifically are you asking for?

Hi Paul,

For example if We check TL331B datasheet, there is a output range limit specified. Similarly could you provide the detail for LM397?

Not sure exactly what you mean by output range limit. Paul pointed you to VOL that exists in the EC table of the LM397 datasheet but it sounds like that is not what you are referring to. Unfortunately your picture didn't come through.

Maybe you are referring to an abs max rating? I see that is not listed in the datasheet. If that is your question, the device is capable of 30V on the output pin regardless of the supply voltage. This is common for comparators with an open-collector output. The only limitation is process voltage which is 30V in the case of the LM397.
