I found LMP8674 in the datasheet. It was a 4ch device.
However, it could not found LMP8674 in TI.com.
Is this device available?

    It appears to be going away - here is the Digi-key page for it, 

    Not sure why, but one issue might be that 5.5mA quiescent - if you actually operated this quad at 44V total supply, that is almost 1W quiescent power, here are some options,
