INA333: Vref collapsing

Hello,

The customer is seeing the Vref voltage collapse from 0.9V to 0V when they touch the input of the op-amp (ECG lead). They have a 10Mohm resistor (series) on the power rail supplying Vref, would this current limit Vref? There isn't a spec in the datasheet for the current into REF.
