Are we able to offer similar functional device compared to MAX4206ETE Transimpedance Logarithmic Amplifier ?

None of TI's logarithmic TIAs have exactly the same characteristics. The LOG114 might be the most similar, but I do not know what features and characteristics are actually required.

LOG114 may meet your application requirements, as Clemens suggested.
