Does the spice model of the amplifier include the input capacitance:

– Common-mode: 1.9 pF
– Differential mode: 0.5 pF

Well Giora - yes they seem to be in there correctly -

I had started some model testing on this some time back, here is the Aol test for true GBP - looks like 2.8GHz,

Then using the approach in this article, the input C's look right on - matching the PDS numbers (good modeling work on this one),

And then the Ccm + Cdiff test, not verified here is the Ccm on the inverting input seperately - I think that is in the article,
