We found the following problems in the production process：

1：Multiple DC in one package and different tails,please refer to the attachment.

2: Larger noise fluctuation, can’t meet our requirement, test value is 90000-140000.

3: DC is replaced by 20XX, the noise is normal.

Pls help to review the problems and analyze the causes from technical point.thanks.

Can you point out which spec parameter has large noise fluctuation?
Have you performed ABA swap analysis to confirm the observed anomalies following the suspect IC?

Can you point out which spec parameter has large noise fluctuation? If the parts of 1942 + 5 batch and 1832 + 5 batch are used to test, the noise will increase. If the parts are replaced in other batches, there will be no noise problem.
Have you performed ABA swap analysis to confirm the observed anomalies following the suspect IC? ABA exchange test has been done repeatedly to eliminate design problems and PCB problems, and the parts are indeed defective.
