Hi Dane,

As Kai indicated, we may be able to address your question specifically if we you are able to show a schematic.

Here is what I am able to provide without specific schematic.  

1.do we have the detail spec of the load capability for all temp range? 

Please go through the datasheet and check out the performance vs. temperature in OPA2141. 

2.can we use TINA to simulate the load capability plot?

Enclosed is a simulation that is similar to the Figure 25 in the datasheet If you need specific assistant, please specify the load requirements in a schematic, and we may be able to check BW and phase margin for a given circuit.
