Hi team,
I want to create a schematic with the ina333 and try to simulate it. But the output properties do not behave as expected.
I'm using a single 3V supply with a 1.5V reference voltage and tired different gains G = 1 + (100 kΩ / RG) with RG = [1k, 500, 330]
The resulting bode plots look like this:
for RG=330
for RG=500
and for RG=1000 no operating point was found.
Can you explain the behavior?

Hi Ole,
The INA333's PSpice model is sensitive to its rail voltage for unknown reasons. I will ask our model engineer to take a look at the convergence issue. I changed the voltage rail from 3.0 to 3.3V or higher. And it seems working well, if V+ = 5V in the simulation.
For instance, with Rg=330 Ohm, the simulation does not have convergence issue with rail voltage of 3.0V, but it has issues with supply voltage of 3.3Vdc.
With Rg=1kOhm, the simulation does seem to work with 3.3V, not with 3.0V rail voltage. However, the simulation works good with voltage rail of 5Vdc. So it is likely that PSpice model has issues.

some models don't like the circuit to be changed from dual supply to single supply powering, which seems to be the case here:
