Hi Team,

One of our customer received a qual report for LOG112 that there was an HBM test conducted for the device. However we can't find the information within its datasheet. May we request the ESD information on their behalf?

ESD rating for HBM is 2kV, which is a standard, but I will confirm in this part on Monday.

May we ask for a follow-up? Can we confirm with our customer that the LOG112 ESD rating for HBM is 2kV indeed?

Hi Jejomar,

The qualification report indicates the LOG112 passed 1 kV HMB (meet current JEDEC HBM requirement), but did not meet 2 kV HBM.
