Hello,

What is the tolerance of the OPA818 to saturation - how much time it will take to recover from a 50ns pulse that will

put it to a heavy saturation.

Did not find a word about it in the data sheet.

I made a simulation and it is looking to be - 50ns pulse widening to 100ns.

Hello Giora,

The overdrive recovery time is listed as 25ns on the OPA818 datasheet. You can see in figure 36 that it takes longer to recover from saturating to the negative supply vs saturating to the positive supply.
