Do we have a single channel version of LM393?

Also, what are the differences between LM393 and LM393B?

Hello Viktorija,

The single channel version of the LM393 is the TL331 or TL331B.

The "B" versions are 30+ years newer versions on the latest processes, that improves on the offset voltage, bias current, supply current and speed, and also adds true ESD protection.
