50 Watts amplifier for 100 volt sinusoidal signal at 100 kHz to 1 MHz

Hi Team,

A customer is looking for a 50 watts amplifier for a 100V sinusoidal signal at 100kHz to 1MHz. Do we have a device or reference design of an amplifier for this aplication?

Hello Danilo,

I know of no reference design or single IC that can do that. Is the 100V a peak, rms, or peak to peak value?
