Hello,

I have a requirement of generating a high current pulse preferably ramp or exponential rise with pulse shaping options. I am able to generate this using an oscillator circuit and current amplifiers but it is not perfect. Pulse shaping is very essential for me as I need to control over the shape of the pulse at all times. Is there any IC/circuit to generate this kind of pulse and meet my requirements?

Nikhil,

When you mean high current pulse, how much current are you looking to drive? The op amps in our portfolio go up to a max of 150mA.

Thank you Jerry for the reply. I am looking for a current of 2A - 10A with pulse duration of 100kHz. The voltage can be in the range of 100mV - 1V. we need high current to drive lasers.
