The reference design does not really give you any parts for the receiver LNA - The actual systems have a discrete 1st stage LNA (to get the very lowest noise figure) followed by a 2nd gain stage - One feature is that these are narrowband systems with the most recent going to a 128MHz carrier - I had been defining a part for TI development, but I doubt that went anywhere given the low channel count worldwide,
