TI PSPICE model of THS4520

Hi Team,

I need TI PSPICE model of THS4520. I tried downloading it from www.ti.com -> product page of THS4520 but it contains TINA model output files.

I need it a Pspice model that look likes as it is there in THS4511 PSPICE model.

Hi,

I went to the product page for the THS4520 and clicked on the "THS4520 Pspice Model (Rev. A)" link (http://www.ti.com/litv/zip/sboc225a) under the Simulation Models section. The .zip file contains the .lib and .olb Pspice library files as well as the files for an example project. I opened the project and ran the transient simulation and it looks correct. Please try the link again.

Hi Reema,

The THS4520.lib file in the mentioned .zip file only contains the THS4520 model. You can find the Pspice code for the THS4520 if you open this .lib file in a text editor.
