LMC7101: Clarification on LMC7101BIM5/NOPB and applicable qualification test report for the updated part

Hello,

Per PCN# 20201022000.1- Qualification of TI Philippines as an additional Assembly site for select devices

The material is being updated for Part Number LMC7101BIM5/NOPB, can you please confirm that the thermal, electrical, mechanical properties remain the same for the updated part.

Also, please share reliability/ qualification report for the updated part.

    PCN informational request can be made through the TI customer support center, here.

    Per PCN 20201022000 the addition of a second source Assembly Site for select devices, including the LMC7101BIM5/NOPB was completed and qualified. The current assembly sites and Material differences are noted in the PCN. At this time no update to electrical characteristics or electrical specification have been identified in the PCN or within the TI product datasheet.

    The qualification details are listed within the PCN itself under the section titled "Qualification Report". The Product qualification was completed per industry standard JEDEC for the selected devices.

    All devices listed within the qualification report provided in the "Qualification Report" section of PCN 20201022000 are utilized for QBS. The LMC7101BIM5/NOPB was QBS'ed to the qualification devices listed.

    For additional questions regarding PCN's it is recommend to contact the customer service center. E2E is typically for application support.

    I am referring to the snapshot from the PCN, it is showing 3 different qualification device and 3 different QBS package in the qualification report. Which one of these will be applicable for part LMC7101BIM5/NOPB
