The schematic overall looks good.
- Please increase the VREGF and VREGS bypass capacitor to 470nF to follow the datasheet recommendation of Figure 45.
- If possible, please add a 15-ohm series resistor at the drain of the PFET, as shown on the datasheet recommended circuit
- The circuit accepts a 0-2.5V input and produces a 0mA to 20.83mA current output. Let me know if this is not the transfer function you require.

- If possible, please add a 15-ohm series resistor at the drain of the PFET, as shown on the datasheet recommended circuit(I apologize for not sending you entire document. Please find it attached below)
- The circuit accepts a 0-2.5V input and produces a 0mA to 20.83mA current output. Let me know if this is not the transfer function you require.(0-20mA is the requirement for me)
