The datasheet recommends a 0.1µF capacitor for the bypass. There may be other capacitance near that could supplement this and thy it is not added.. Also if a max current is documented somewhere I could verify the input range of the INA230.
Hi Louis,
the common mode choke L14 can generate dangerous inductive kickbacks when the fuse breaks or when the choke current is interrupted in some other way. In this situation a TVS or Zener diode at the input of INA230 can prevent damage :-)
