THS4130: Dimension for thermal pad

Hello,

I just want to know for this part number THS4130IDGNR how can I get the dimension for the thermal pad? Have two different dimension at thermal pad.

Can you explain what the difference?

Your images did not come through, use the little paperclip in the ribbon to insert files.

Also, the OPA1612 is the same part and it shows pretty good information for this starting on page 30 of the datasheet,

Hello,

Both DGN0008D & DGN0008G are currently qualified so either package can potentially be received. I would suggest designing your layout for the smaller size thermal pad (DGN0008D) to accommodate for either of the packages.
