Unless the datasheet specifically specifies a maximum junction temperature, we would recommend using the the maximum operating temperature.
150°C, as mentioned in Clement's FAQ, generally is used for Max Junction temp, but that is to prevent die damage. It does not guarantee proper operation. Operation is only warranted within the specified operating temperature range (-40 to 85°C).
So the "conservative" approach would be to use 85C as the max temperature. I would avoid running the device at temperatures above the specified range as part of normal operation.
